General Description
KYN61-40.5 type miniaturized armored metal-enclosed switchgear is designed by Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd. , the cabinet is designed according to the metal-enclosed armored removal structure, and the cabinet is equipped with a new type of fully insulated vacuum circuit breaker or sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker. The cabinet adopts an assembly structure, which improves the appearance quality and manufacturing accuracy, and shortens the production cycle. The normal operation of the switch cabinet can be carried out under the condition that the door of the high-voltage isolation room is closed. This product meets the requirements of IEC-60298, GB3906, and Dl404 standards, and has a complete "five- prevention" function.

Service conditions
The structure and characteristics of this switch cabinet are shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. According to its composition, the structure of the switch cabinet can be divided into two parts: cabinet body and handcart. The cabinet body is bent from thin steel plate and assembled and molded with bolts. According to the functional characteristics of the typical scheme, the cabinet body can be divided into four parts: relay instrument room, handcar room, cable room and busbar room, and each part is separated by a grounded metal partition. Its enclosure protection grade is IP3X; When the trolley compartment door is open and the circuit breaker trolley is in the open/test position, the protection grade is IP2X. This switchgear cabinet has cable inlet and outlet, overhead inlet and outlet, busbar contact, isolation, voltage transformer, surge arrester and other primary solutions. The cable room is equipped with current transformers, grounding switches, etc., and the ample space conditions are convenient for the connection of multiple cables. The front of the contact box is equipped with a metal valve, and the upper and lower valves automatically open during the movement of the handcart from the disconnection/test position to the working position, and automatically close when the handcart moves in the opposite direction, forming an effective isolation.
