XM series integrated distribution box/cabinet is a series of products developed by our company on the basis of absorbing the advantages of the current domestic popular distribution box/cabinet, the box/cabinet body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, processed by CNC machine tools; The product series is complete, with a variety of forms of iron shell and plastic shell to meet the various needs of users. The products comply with GB7251, 3-2006 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies- Part 3: Particular requirements for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies intended to be installed in places where unskilled persons have access for their use-Distribution boards" and other relevant standards.

XM series integrated distribution box/cabinet is suitable for AC frequency 50Hz, rated voltage 220V or 400V single-phase or three-phase five-wire lighting and small power lines, it is used to control, distribute, and meter electrical equipment, and to protect against overload, short circuit, leakage, and undervoltage of the lines: It can be widely used in hotels, commercial, industrial and mining enterprises, and residential buildings.

Structural feature

The configuration scheme of XM series integrated distribution box/cabinet has single inlet and double inlet, and the feed-out circuit 1-36 channels are available for users to choose. The inlet and outlet lines of the box/cabinet of the distribution box/cabinet are equipped with knock-out holes. The fittings in the box/cabinet are galvanized. The XM series comprehensive distribution box/cabinet is divided into lighting distribution box, small power distribution box/cabinet, metering box according to its different functions. On the basis of the original box/cabinet structure, it is also expanded to include distribution terminal box, small power box/cabinet, signal button box, dual power switching box/cabinet, building intelligent control box, and comprehensive function distribution box integrating lighting and sockets, etc.

The box/cabinet structure adopts split assembly type, in which the box/cabinet door, frame, electrical components and box/cabinet shell are designed as a detachable combination, which can be easily extracted from the box/cabinet shell, and the box/cabinet shell can be installed on the wall separately in advance, effectively preventing the damage to the components during construction. The lighting box is provided with an external door, and the outer door of the box is hinged with the frame, and the door lock can be installed to open the external door if necessary. There are two layers of guards to protect the circuit breaker, and the switch operating handle is exposed. On the second layer of the guard plate on the lower side of the switch, there is a self-adhesive paper sign bar for circuit indication, and the user can fill in the loop control sign as needed. The neutral wire and grounding system inside the box/cabinet are respectively installed on both sides of the box/cabinet, and there is a dedicated PE copper busbar to ensure the safety, continuity, and reliability of grounding. The small power box/cabinet is mainly used for the start and protection of small motors, and the box/cabinet is equipped with air switches or contactors, thermal relays, buttons, indicator lights and other devices.

The distribution terminal box is mainly used for the connection of the branch line and the line of the electrical circuit, and the box is equipped with copper busbar (mainly used for the distribution line) or terminal blocks,etc. The signal button box is mainly used for the signal display of the electrical circuit and the start and control of the electrical appliances in different places, and the box is equipped with buttons, indicator lights, transfer switches or contactors and other devices. The double power switching box/cabinet is mainly used to play the role of mutual locking and automatic switching when the dual power supply circuit enters the line, and the box/cabinet is equipped with automatic power switching locking device and miniature air circuit breaker and other devices.

The building intelligent control box is mainly used for intelligent control and operation of water supply, fire protection, air conditioning and other settings in high-rise buildings, the box is equipped with intelligent components such as electric motor intelligent controllers.
